Mortgage Charges

We offer independent mortgage advice from the whole market, for this service we charge a fee, typically 0.75% of the loan amount, however any commission we receive from the lender will be refunded to you/offset against our fee, thereby ensuring that our advice is truly independent and without commission bias.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Investment & Pensions Advice

We are happy to provide independent advice and/or act for clients either on a commission, flat fee, or fee offset basis (with any commission that would have been payable being reinvested to enhance the investment arranged or being used to offset the fee otherwise payable).

Where we propose to charge a fee, we will notify you in writing before we carry out any chargeable work, explaining how it will be calculated.

We offer an initial discussion (without charge or obligation) when we will describe our service more fully and explain your payment options.

Protection Advice & Insurance Services

We do not charge a fee for this service we are remunerated in the form of commission by the provider.
